New patient enrollment process
Please send an email to admin@marthabardsleymd.com to determine if this practice is right for you!
To enroll:
Click on the Enrollment Link
The mobile phone number and email entered will be the default for practice communication
Read and Agree to the Privacy Practice (using Terms of Service link). There is a check box to indicate the acceptance of texting.
Click Save and proceed to the next step. Do not click add more details at the bottom.
Enter your credit card details
Once you have enrolled, you will be charged a registration fee of $25. You can then set up an appointment.
Patients who were seen by Dr. Bardsley prior to 2021, should still enroll as new patients.
Make an appointment
If you are a new patient and have emailed Dr. Bardsley and are ready to make an appointment, or you are an existing patient and want to make a follow up appointment, use this Appointment Link. If you are making an appointment for a child, please enter the name of the patient.

Voicemail messages will be transcribed and emailed to Dr. Bardsley. Calls between 4pm and 10pm, Sunday through Thursday, will be answered by Andrea. She is not a bot, she is a real person. Existing patients can use the appointment link to schedule phone calls. Please call 911 for emergency.
