New patient enrollment process

Please send an email to admin@marthabardsleymd.com to determine if this practice is right for you!

To enroll:  

1. Click on the Enrollment Link

2. The mobile phone number and email entered will be the default for practice communication 

3. Read and Agree to the Privacy Practice (using Terms of Service link). There is a check box to indicate the acceptance of texting.  

4. Click Save and proceed to the next step. Do not click add more details at the bottom. 

5. Enter your credit card details

6. Once you have enrolled, you can then set up an appointment.

Patients who were seen by Dr. Bardsley prior to 2021, should still enroll as new patients.
